This propulsive odyssey charts the outrageously desperate lengths that ambitious ping-pong player Marty Mauser will go to in order to achieve a dream that nobody seems to respect. The film gorgeously captures its 1950s New York setting as Marty spirals in his quest for glory. Nominated for nine Oscars including Best Picture, Best Director, Best Actor (Timothee Chalamet) and Best Original Screenplay.
