Cos Cob Library Early Readers Book Club – ‘Friends Do Not Eat Friends’

Join us for a Book Club for those in grades K-1! For March there will be 2 books for discussion, ‘Friends Do Not Eat Friends’ and ‘Smart vs. Strong’ from the Thunder and Cluck early reader series collection. In ‘Friends Do Not Eat Friends’- Big, scary, and hungry Thunder the dinosaur wants to chase and chomp Cluck, a small but brave dinosaur, but Cluck has decided that they will be friends. In ‘Smart vs. Strong’- When Thunder gets stuck in quicksand, Cluck uses his smarts to free his friend.
Readers will pick up the book at the library and read the book independently or with an adult prior to book club where they will discuss and finish up with a fun activity.
