Gather to share and learn from a community of new mothers going through matrescence, the birth of the mother. Our discussions will be private and candid, with Kelly facilitating conversation and providing prompts for discussion. This group are free of charge and tea, coffee and snacks will be provided. Babies and young children are welcome and advance RSVP is appreciated! Perfect for new mothers & mamas with babies age 0-1 but welcome to all mamas and caretakers!
Each meeting will have a topic or a guest in the field of motherhood and wellness – see below for upcoming topics!

Prenatal Support Group

Welcome to the Inner Light Pre-Natal Support Group! We will meet on a monthly basis on Wednesday evenings at The Studio.
Each meeting will have a topic or activity, goal to share our stories and have real conversations about birth and early motherhood. Helping to prepare for the birth of not only a baby, but of a new mom or phase in motherhood. Practical tips and information (i.e. creating a first 40 days plan) and open space to talk with each other. Guests will join every other week to add to the conversation and share their knowledge, including doulas, midwives, therapists and wellness experts. This group is free and open to all women at any stage in their conception journey.
Every women, no matter how many mamas are in her life, discovers that there is so much about pregnancy and childbirth that is not talked about openly in our culture. We each meet our own surprises, which often present as challenges, throughout our pregnancies. In this workshop we’ll create time and space to share the stories of what has surprised us about pregnancy and mechanisms for coping with these lessons as they arise.
