This month’s Thirsty Thursday cocktail is the Pomegranate Cosmopolitan, created by the moms of Habitual Hostess! It’s the second in our column with Lindsay Wernert Potter, the Greenwich Mom behind Greenwich Cocktail Week, and is the perfect thing to sip while watching the new Sex & the City sequel series, as well as serve at any holiday gathering.

Pomegranate Cosmopolitan3 oz vodka
1.5 oz cointreau
1 oz lime juice
3 oz pomegranate juice
pomegranate seeds to garnish
lime wheels to garnish
1. Fill a cocktail shaker with ice.
2. Add all ingredients.
3. Shake vigorously for 30 seconds.
4. Strain into a martini glass.
5. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and lime wheel.
To batch out for 20 cocktails:
60 oz vodka
30 oz cointreau
20 oz lime juice
60 oz pomegranate juice
