We’ll kick off our week with the opening of our new Recycled ReCreations Makerspace in the Stamford Museum, where visitors can create and build with a variety of recycled materials. Plus, join us for hikes to the Rotten Log Hotel to meet nature’s recyclers, discover the cycles of the seasons, and more.
Wednesday, April 12: Forest & Farm Adventures
Our awesome annual adventure scavenger hunt returns, along with favorites like our Hay Hike on the Farm, Scat and Signs Hike, and more forest and farm fun!
Thursday, April 13: WILD! Water Day
Enjoy perennial favorites such as our Vernal Pool and Stream hikes, along with a special”hike” through our Powerful yet Fragile: Connecticut’s Waterways photography exhibition in the Stamford Museum. Plus, discover how water plays a role in the lives of our Heckscher WILD! creatures.
