The Rock and Roll Playhouse is a music workshop for children and families that takes place at Garcia’s, the intimate venue inside The Cap.
This summer, Garcia’s is hosting “The Road to Lockn – Just for Kids.” The workshop will take place on July 16 and will feature local cover band, The Mighty Fergusons. Doors will open at 2:30PM and the show will begin at 3:00PM. Tickets are $20 and parents who buy tickets will automatically be entered to win tickets to LOCKN’ Festival is in Arrington, VA on AUG 25 – 28, and features the bands Phish, Ween, Phil Lesh & Friends, My Morning Jacket + more!
Additionally, Garcia’s is also hosting “The Music of the Beatles for Kids” on July 30. Tickets will be $20 as well. These are wonderful opportunities to expose children to a wide range of songs and expand their love of music We can also provide tickets to the workshop if you’d like to check it out. Thank you!
