Penne with Sweet Sausage and Swiss Chard. All you need is 5 ingredients! Wash and devein a bunch of swiss chard, cut into small pieces, and put aside. Take 4 pork sweet sausage links out of the cases. Heat 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil and 1 tbsp unsalted butter in saucepan over medium heat. Crumble the sweet sausage into the pan and brown all over (cook until dark brown/almost crispy to make extra certain that the sausage is cooked through). Add the swiss chard on top of the sausage and mix until the chard has wilted. Add the sausage/chard mixture to cooked penne, drizzle extra virgin olive oil over the top if you feel like it, and serve!
