Recipe in Review - Greenwich Moms

Fish is packed with Omega 3, Iron, Protein, Vitamin D and tons of other essential nutrients. It may not be the most popular dinner choice in your household but we have found a fish dish worth trying (and it doesn’t include breadcrumbs).
Season salmon fillets with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Put each fillet on a piece of foil big enough to wrap around the piece of fish. Pour 1 tbsp marsala wine, 1 tbsp lemon juice, and 1 tsp of capers on each fillet and wrap the salmon in the foil. Place in a 350 degree oven for 25 minutes or less depending on the thickness and bring (non-breaded) fish back into your family’s diet!
