Want clean plates? Marinated pork chops with broccoli and mashed potatoes is the answer.
Marinade: 1 tbsp soy sauce, 2 tbsp veggie oil, 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce, 2 tbsp brown sugar, 2 tbsp ketchup – throw all ingredients in Ziploc bag along with your 4-6 pork chops and let sit for 20 minutes or refrigerate for up to 24 hours.
Oven: 350 degrees. Place pork chops with 1/2 the sauce in aluminum covered baking dish. Cook for 1/2 hour then flip and pour remaining sauce over the chops and cook for another 1/2 hour.
Serve with roasted broccoli and mashed potatoes. And Voila!
