After class, join us for Q & A related to pelvic floor health and optimal nutrition by trimester!
Amie Hogan, physical therapist and pelvic floor specialist
Amie will cover the anatomy of the pelvic floor, how it is strained during pregnancy and delivery and also ways of regaining coordination of these muscles postpartum.
Amanda Morgan, creator and blogger, Healthy Wifestyle
Amanda will briefly discuss the most important nutrition components for each trimester so you can help support baby’s growth and development week by week! We’ll then leave plenty of time open to answer any and all questions you may have regarding nutrition—prenatal, postpartum, and baby’s first foods.
