Mike’s Organic is offering an array of locally sourced items to satisfy your palate this Passover and Easter season. Highlights include: Boneless, Cured Easter Hams from Brooklyn Cured, Pastured Racks of Lamb and Boneless Legs of Lamb from Sepe Farm (Sandy Hook, CT), Pastured Beef Rib Roasts from Fossil Farms and VT Wagyu Briskets. We have all the ingredients you need to whip up your holiday dishes, from potatoes (cinnamon roasted, anyone?) to carrots (who says you can’t eat your veggies and treat your sweet tooth all in one with this showstopper of a carrot cake?) and more. We will gladly deliver everything to your home and leave it at the door for contactless service.

With so much craziness going on right now many of us probably haven’t even started to think about Passover. We would really like to make it easy for you this year because there’s so much else to worry about. We can prepare your order and deliver it contact free and free of charge. We know that gatherings this year will probably be on the smaller side, so we would be happy to deliver anything you need for your Passover Seder. We can prepare your Passover meal for as little as 1 person, if need be. Whether you need a full passover dinner or a few ala carte items we will take care of it for you and deliver at no charge. By the Way Bakery is currently OPEN for curbside pickup Tuesdays through Saturdays 10am – 6pm, and Sundays 10am to 3pm. We’re offering holiday delivery in Greenwich and its surroundings on Tuesday and Wednesday of next week (April 7th and 8th) and Saturday, April 11th. Delivery is available for an additional $25 with any order over $50.  Our holiday menus and photos are on our website –– but here are some highlights:

Passover:

Safta’s Seven Layer Cake… vanilla sponge cake with chocolate filling and a chocolate glaze – $50
Apple-Walnut Cake… a swirl of apples top a spice cake studded with walnuts and infused with a honey-citrus syrup – $35

Coconut Macaroons… made with three kinds of coconut, our dome-shaped version of this Passover classic has a hint of caramel. Available plain, with a chocolate drizzle, and with chocolate chips and pecans – $10/bag of six in a single flavor; $18/boxed assortment of twelve.

Easter:

Robin’s Nest Cake… a coconut layer cake that’s filled and frosted with robin’s egg blue vanilla chiffon frosting. Topped with a “nest” for Jordan almonds, this elegant cake is certain to impress – 6” $50; 9” $80
Spiced Carrot Layer Cake… flecked with carrots and covered in a tangy white frosting – 6” $40; 9” $70

Easter Egg Cupcakes… an oh-so-cute assortment of holiday-themed chocolate and vanilla cupcakes – $30/box of six; $60/box of twelve
