Has your Dutch oven been collecting dust? We get it; summer is a season for s’mores, porch chats, and simple one pan dinners on the stovetop or under the broiler. Luckily, with quality meat and local greens, making dinner can be a speedy affair. The basic formula is to sear your meat, then use the rendered fat to sauté your veggies.
