Myx Creative Kitchen: New Dishes and Drinks to Try! | Greenwich Moms

If you’ve been to Myx Creative Kitchen in Greenwich lately, you’ve probably tried their amazing summer offerings. Recently, Greenwich Moms hosted a tasting of some of these seasonal highlights…and honestly, we couldn’t pick a favorite. If you haven’t been, it’s the perfect spot for a casual, healthy breakfast, lunch or dinner, and has quickly become a go-to in town for everyone from parents taking a break (with or without kids) to people out for business lunches. Our must-trys include these choices (and we CAN’T wait to see what they put together for Fall!):

Watermelon Poké Bowl

This creative take on a traditional poké bowl swaps the fresh fish for a miso ginger, gluten-free soy sauce marinated watermelon, and is vegan!

Wellness Iced Lattes

Each of these lattes has its own unique benefits, from a turmeric latte that fights inflammation to a beet latte that boosts energy. They also happen to be delicious!

Dairy-Free Milkshakes

You’ll want to try all the tasty flavors, from matcha to red velvet. But the best part about these milkshakes is that they’re tahini based, made with only four ingredients and free of dairy, which makes them a natural choice if you or your kids are avoiding it. Plus, with 9 grams of protein and only 7 grams of sugar, they’re not going to give you that sugar crash of a traditional milkshake.

Cauliflower Pizzas

Myx is known for their amazing cauliflower crust pizza, and they’ve added plant-based versions of meat toppings—including pepperoni, sausage and meatballs—to their topping list. Available with dairy-free cheese.

Have you tried these four Myx options, or have another favorite?
