Meet Mary Ann

Mary Ann Grabel has been a realtor in Greenwich for more than 21 years and has a keen sense of Greenwich market. She has participated in over $100 million of sales and is consistently a top producer. Although she has represented some of the most prestigious properties in Greenwich, she truly enjoys working with first-time home buyers at all price levels.
Mary Ann has extensive market knowledge and is relentless and finding the right property for her buyers. She has a spectacular talent for home staging which she frequently utilizes for her listings. She previously worked as a realtor in New York City and often works with clients relocating from the City as she did herself. Mary Ann has a business degree from Fordham University in New York City. A long-time Greenwich resident, Mary Ann is married with 2 children and is actively involved in the community. In her spare time, she enjoys tennis, and yoga and is also involved with the National Marfan’s Foundation as well as the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation. A portion of every commission Mary Ann earns is donated to Breast Cancer Alliance.
Where are you from originally and how long have you lived in town?
I moved from New York City 21 years ago to back country Greenwich and recently moved to town on the water.
Child(ren) and Age(s)?
I have two children, Spencer, 19, a sophomore in college and Michael, 16, a junior at Greenwich High School.
One thing people would be surprised to know about you…
I have two small tattoos that are never exposed.
Anyone special you’d like to thank for helping you through parenthood?
My village of family and friends. It takes a village and I love my village!
Favorite things to do with your kids?
Go to the beach, a ride in my son’s boat and watch movies.

I have worked as a Real Estate Broker for over 20 years in New York City and Greenwich CT. Currently working with Douglas Elliman in Greenwich.
How has this community been instrumental in getting you to where you are now?
My family had dealt with many medical issues over the past few years. My village and then some were instrumental in supporting us throughout two open heart surgeries for my son and breast cancer.
