Where are you from originally and how long have you lived in town?
I was born in Kabul, Afghanistan and move to the states at the age of 9. I grew up in long Island but have lived in Westport for the past, OMG, 16 years. Where did time go!

One thing people would be surprised to know about you?
People assume that I am very outgoing and social with a lot of confidence. In actuality, I am very shy.
Someone special you’d like to thank for helping you through parenthood?
Yes, as a working mom, it was very hard for me to manage my new business as well as two young kids, they both needed constant attention. Our au pair, Diana, joined our family when our kids were 3 and 5 and stayed with us for 7 years. She really helped us with the kids, she was like a second mom to them and to this day, she visits us every Summer to spend time with the kids. I don’t think I could have raised such great kids without her help.
Favorite things to do with your kids?
Watching a movie, Friday nights are family movie night and traveling with them.

Yes, I own the Greenwich Medical Spas. I started the business 14 years ago in Greenwich, CT and expanded our presence to Westport, CT in 2017 and just opened our 3rd location in Scarsdale, NY in January. I love this business and my goal is to open 7 more stores in the next 5 years. We are the #1 provider of BOTOX and Coolsculpting in all of Fairfield County. We are also known for creating the most natural looking fuller lips!
How has this community been instrumental in getting you to where you are now?
Westport is my hometown, where my kids grew up. As big as Westport has become, it still feels like a small community; people support each other, and small local businesses. We have many friends and clients that have helped spread the word about us in the community and I am grateful for that.
