The annual Kite Flying Festival returns to Greenwich Point Beach! Participants are encouraged to bring kites of all shapes and sizes, made of plastic, paper or fabric, and may join in a free raffle for gift certificates to Smart Kids Toys. Special award ribbons are given to all high fliers.
