The Dutchess County Regional Chamber of Commerce will host its annual Hudson Valley Hot-Air Balloon Festival on July 8-10. We are expecting another great weekend with about 100 balloon launches between Friday and Sunday. We have made a lot of changes to improve the festival, this year! We will host the festival at. Two balloons will also be at Migliorelli Farm at 245 Guski Road in Red Hook.
NEW this year, thanks to our friends at Barton Orchards, we will have LOTS of family activities such as a petting zoo, crafts, hay mazes, hayrides, food trucks, a tap room, bakery and market, fire pits, ball toss, vendors, live music from great bands, and FIREWORKS (Friday night)! We will, of course, have old favorites like the Moon Glow, tether rides, and rides in the hot air balloons for sale.
Two balloons will be at Migliorelli Farm on Friday and Saturday afternoon. One balloon will launch at 6 p.m. There will be activities and concessions as well as Tether Rides for a fee (cash only). Admission and parking at Migliorelli Farm are free.
