Girls Basketball Clinic: Kindergarten through 2nd Grade | Greenwich Moms

This program is designed to introduce basketball to girls in Kindergarten – Grade 2. The program provides instruction in basic skills, such as dribbling, passing, shooting, and defense. There will be drills and some controlled half court scrimmages as an introduction to team play and the rules of the game. The gym has adjustable baskets, so participants will work with baskets that are easier to reach. Fee of $130.00 payable to “Town of Greenwich”.
Registration is open. Online registration is only available to Greenwich residents. To register online, go to and select “Activity Registration.” Mail in applications may not be postmarked earlier than October 16. In person registration at the Parks and Recreation Office begins on Monday, October 23. Non residents may sign up starting October 23. Please register your child before Thursday, November 9, 2017. Space is limited and registration is first come, first serve. If not yet provided this year, residents must provide proof of residency and non-residents must provide identification and proof of address. Proofs of Greenwich residency may include: residential lease, credit card bill, bank statement (not mortgage), utility bill (Gas, electric, water, oil), cable bill, phone bill (not cell), driver’s license, DMV ID. Proofs of Greenwich residential address must be current and show resident name.
