A few years ago, local mom Nina Restieri was looking for a solution to organize her chaotic schedule and those of her four young children. She wondered how there were hundreds of options for brides to choose from to plan their wedding, but not a single option for mothers to plan their everyday lives. In less than a year, Nina had successfully converted a great idea into a reality! Nina invented momAgenda for women all over the country who have the same desire to bring some order to their hectic lives. Nina gets immense joy out of helping the pieces of everyone’s personal puzzle – family, career, home and social life – come together.

I grew up here, and I always thought Greenwich was a great place for kids to grow up. We lived in Old Greenwich for 15 years and we now live in Riverside. I have 4 kids: Andrew, 20, Jenna, 18, Matthew, 16, and Jamie, 13.
I started momAgenda when the kids were 7, 5, 3, and 1. Raising four kids was overwhelming, and I needed to find a way to get organized. Since I couldn’t find something that worked for me, I decided to create it myself. What makes momAgenda special is the unique weekly layout with separate planning space for mom and up to four kids.

momAgenda launched at the National Stationary Show in May 2005, and it was a shock and delight when we sold out of the entire initial inventory during those three days. A few months later momAgenda was featured in Real Simple magazine, and then on the Today Show. After that the online business really took off.
With four young kids and a business to run, I had too much on my plate, so I decided to bring in a partner. My good friend Maureen Santini joined me as Chief Operating Officer about a year after the business launched. Maureen is also a Greenwich mom; she and I were neighbors and friends in Old Greenwich and had kids around the same ages. With Maureen on board, the business has continued to thrive for 11 years and counting.
