Visit Blue Hill at Stone Barns for a private tour of their grounds, gardens, greenhouses and barns in June, when spring is in full swing. Their team of cooks, farmers, and educators will guide our group through the farm and restaurant spaces, where we will experience projects from the bakery, preservation, and whole animal butchery programs.
After the tour, we will do a casual lunch plate in their Arts & Ecology Lab, adjacent to the cafe. Casual lunch tray features small plates highlighting their work with whole grains, pasture-raised meats, preserves, and seasonal farm vegetables. Join us for an enjoyable day learning about an ambitious agriculture center just down the road.
