Perrot Library – Sound Bath Meditation Class

Please join us on Thursday, April 11, at 7 pm for Sound Bath Meditation with Lisa Cooper. The class will be held in the Program Room, Radcliffe Children’s Library.

Sound bath is a meditative experience where the participants are “bathed” in sound waves. Sound vibrations work on a cellular level to recalibrate the vibrations to the body. Sound has the capacity to shift energy and restore the mind, body, and spirit to a balanced state.
