Greenwich Library – Introduction to AI for Small Business

June 3 @ 6:00 pm - 7:30 pm

AI tools like ChatGPT, Claude, and Gemini can save small business owners hours every week, but only if you know how to talk to them. In this hands-on workshop, you’ll learn a simple three-part prompting framework that gets you better results faster, then watch it work live using real businesses from the audience. We’ll cover seven areas common to most small businesses: marketing, customer service, content creation, administrative automation, analytics, financial insights, and operations. You’ll leave with a take-home prompt card for all seven areas, ready to use the same day, and no tech background is required.

This event is part of CT Tech Week!
