Greenwich Library – Food Explorers: Homemade Pasta

Join Food Explorers for a hands-on pasta class! You’ll learn how to make your own pasta dough completely from scratch! You’ll mix, knead, roll and slice your pasta dough to create homemade noodles. Recipe is nut free but will contain eggs and gluten.
