Director Emerita of Research and Collections at the Institute for American Indian Studies Lucianne Lavin brings us a presentation on Indigenous management of wild plant colonies, Native horticultural practices, Native herbal medical knowledge, and Indigenous communities as America’s first environmental stewards.
