Charcuterie Workshop with Shari Ivler of Graze New York @Greenwich Historical Society

Come join Shari Ivler from Graze New York for a spring inspired workshop. Attendees will get a selection of artisanal cheeses and meats, grapes, olives, nuts, jam and crackers to arrange inside an individual 10″×10″ Kraft box. In addition, spring touches like edible flowers and dried fruit can be used to enhance your arrangement. Come create your own graze box alongside Shari’s demonstration with presentation tips and tricks along the way. A tasty workshop not to be missed!
