Byram Shubert Library – Mister Roger’s Puppet Show: DAISY’S DINOSAUR (All Ages)

The Robert Rogers Puppet Company returns with an original puppet tale about discovery, patience, and imagination.

A long, long, long time ago, a dinosaur’s egg lay in a dinosaur’s nest.  One day, when the wind became very strong and the air became very cold, a strong storm blew the egg under some rocks and covered it with snow. When the snow turned to ice, everything froze.

Years later, when the ice melted, the egg was found by a little girl named Daisy, as she picked wildflowers on her family’s farm. Not knowing what it was, she brought the egg home and placed it in the hen house, hoping a chicken would tend to it.
