Join us in person for Chair Yoga! Chair yoga is a 60-minute community class with breathing exercises and a series of movements designed to improve posture and balance, increase strength and flexibility, and relax the body and mind. Research shows that yoga increases bone density, facilitates weight loss, stabilizes blood pressure, improves range of motion, and reduces depression.
There is no experience necessary for this class and all movements can be modified to suit your needs.
