Annual Kite Flying Festival
The Festival is sponsored by the Greenwich Arts Council, the Town Department of Parks and Recreation, India Cultural Center of Greenwich (ICC) and Smart Kids. Participants are encouraged to bring kites of all shapes and sizes, made of plastic, paper or fabric, and may join in a free raffle for gift certificates to Smart Kids Toys.
