Chabad of Greenwich Hosting "Friday Night Live" Shabbat Dinner for Families | Greenwich Moms

“The kids just love Friday Night Live!” says Chabad Rabbi Yossi Deren. “Through storytelling, singing, and dancing, the children will learn about Shabbat in a fun, hands-on way. At Chabad, we welcome families of all denominations and backgrounds, and tailor our events to suit all ages.”
The program will begin with “Ryder” from Paw Patrol entertaining the younger kids, and Chess with Chess Master “Fabiola Lopez,” from the National Scholastic Chess Foundation, for the older kids. Simultaneous services will be held for adults. Afterward, families will enjoy chicken soup, a sushi dinner, and storytelling by Rabbi Deren! For the full Friday Night Live details, and to reserve a space, visit and click on “Upcoming Events” and “Friday Night Live.” Tickets are Free, and a $360 sponsorship option is available.

About Chabad of Greenwich
Chabad Lubavitch of Greenwich – a branch of the worldwide Chabad Lubavitch movement founded by the Rebbe, of righteous memory – is a community that welcomes people of diverse Jewish backgrounds, and all ages. Our vibrant synagogue center provides educational opportunities and social services in an inclusive, nonjudgmental environment. The guiding principles of the Chabad movement, and its thousands of centers worldwide, are “Torat Chayim” – Judaism is a fountain of eternal wisdom for meaningful living, and “Ahavat Yisrael” – unconditional love for our fellow man and woman. Every center is financially self-supporting; our funding comes solely from generous donors in Greenwich, and remains here.
The Chabad Center for Jewish Life, located at 75 Mason Street in the heart of Greenwich, houses weekly Sabbath services for all ages, Mommy & Me classes, adult learning classes, and off-site offices for the Preschool and Summer Camp.
