A discussion with Burnout expert Caitlin Donovan about how to recognize the signs of burnout and build a burnout resistant life

Mini Acurolling stretch sessions with Nancy Byrne, LAc of Indigo Acupuncture + Wellness, aimed to reduce neck and shoulder tension

Acupressure ear seeds for stress relief with Sarah Swanberg Lac of Indigo Acupuncture + Wellness
