Memory Café at the YMCA of Greenwich

YMCA Greenwich has launched a program designed to help both seniors and their caregivers.

Memory Cafe at the YMCA of Greenwich is a new, free monthly social gathering for individuals living with Alzheimer’s Disease, Mild Cognitive Impairment (MCI), dementia, or other memory-related challenges. It is also for their caregivers and loved ones to make sure they all know what resources are available.

Participants can enjoy meaningful activities, music, conversation, lunch and social connection in a welcoming and supportive environment. The program is free and open to the community, with no YMCA membership required, and is held on the last Thursday of each month from 11:30 AM – 1:30 PM at the YMCA of Greenwich.
