Self Defense Class with Greenwich Police Department @YMCA of Greenwich

Empower yourself with practical self-defense skills in a supportive environment! This class, led by the Greenwich Police Department, will cover a variety of essential techniques, including using and creating space, using your voice effectively, and simple moves to respond to specific situations, such as breaking a wrist grip. This class is free and open to all members of our community, including non-members. Please wear comfortable, athletic-style clothing for ease of movement and safety.
