National Audubon Society Virtual: Hawk Week
October 1, 2020 @ 10:00 am - 7:00 pm
An event every day that begins at 10:00 am, repeating until October 4, 2020
Even though Greenwich Audubon Center is unable to host our annual Fall Festival & Hawk Watch this month due to the Covid-19 health risk, we’ve been busy planning a new way to celebrate the fall raptor migration. Save the dates and join us for Hawk Week—a week long celebration of raptors, featuring more than 20 online events and programs.
Hawk Week will include live updates from our Quaker Ridge Hawk Watch site, rehabilitated bird releases, programs with special guests from around the region (and the globe!), and opportunities to learn about and view birds of prey.
Stay tuned for more details as the week gets closer, and in the meantime visit our exciting online Silent Auction to support our conservation work, migratory birds, and the habitats they depend on.
