Maple Sugar Day at Greenwich Land Trust

Mark your calendars for this fun family event at GLT’s Mueller Preserve! Come enjoy the sweet taste of spring, March 4th at GLT’s Maple Sugar Day! Join Will, Dan, Chris and Dean as they demonstrate how to tap a maple tree, drill and set a tap, and watch sap simmer as it thickens to syrup. Join us on a hike to learn how to distinguish maples from other trees. We will have hands-on demonstrations and stations throughout the Mueller Preserve, samples to taste, food truck, and more!
