Learn how to plant and grow garlic and shallots this fall for harvest next summer. 1/3 lb of garlic and 1/3 lb of shallot cloves will be purchased for each participant in advance of the workshop, to be planted at home.
This is part of a two-part series (class 1 of 2). Class 2 in the spring, specific dates to be determined. You do not need to commit to Part 2 to participate in Part 1. This cost includes, garlic and shallots to take home and instruction on planting and care.
