Greenwich Library Friends Book Group “The Bee Sting” by Paul Murray

The Bee Sting by Paul Murray was short listed for the Booker Prize and winnder of the 2023 An Post Irish Book Award and a Nero Book Award. The novel depicts the lives of the four members of the Barnes family, told from their individual points of view, after the impact of the 2008 financial crisis in Ireland. Funny, sad, thought provoking, and a great summer read!
