#1 Custom Built-Ins are all the Rage!
Custom built-ins are still a must have.  Built-ins enhance all living spaces by adding amazing functionality and total customized beauty.  Most requested are: mud-room benches/cubbies, walk-in closets with islands, and large TV units with tons of storage.
# 2 Contemporary and Modern Styles
Without question, soft modern style remains supreme.  Clients continue to ask for clean, modern lines in furniture and fixtures with less clutter and simple treatments for windows and accessories.  The old ex-pression “less is more” is more appropriate than ever.
# 3 Large Surface Attention
Plain painted walls and celings no longer suffice.  The homes we’re designing today have gorgeous finishes like venetian plaster, custom millwork, or stunning wallpapers.  Accent walls in tile are also a fabulous design trend that will be here to stay.
